You've received your first real payment: now it's a good idea to review it carefully. This guide walks you through the transaction in the Conekta Panel to confirm everything is in order and understand when you'll see that money in your bank account.

En Panel Conekta: Payments → Transactions

Steps

  1. Find the transaction

In the Conekta Panel, go to the Payments section. Your most recent transaction appears at the top of the list; you can also search for it by amount, date, or the buyer's email.

  2. Validate the status

Open the details and confirm that the status is Paid. If it shows Pending, the payment is still in process (typical for bank transfers and cash); if it shows Under review, fraud prevention is evaluating it.

  3. Identify the payment method

The details show how your customer paid: card, bank transfer, cash, or another method. The method matters because it determines the confirmation times and the timing of your deposit.

  4. Review the gross and net amounts

You'll see the amount the customer paid and the net amount after fees. The net amount is what's added to your balance.

  5. Understand when your money arrives

The payment will be included in a payout: the deposit Conekta sends to your bank account according to your schedule. A few business days usually pass between the payment and the deposit, depending on the payment method and your settings.

Common issues

I don't see the payment in the Conekta Panel

Make sure you're in the production environment and not in test mode, and check the date range of the list. If the customer says they paid and the transaction doesn't appear, ask for their receipt so you can search by amount and time.

The payment has been Pending for a while

Bank transfer and cash payments are confirmed when the bank or store reports the deposit, which can take anywhere from a few minutes to 1 to 2 business days. If it takes longer than that, review the transaction details before contacting Support.
