A payout is the deposit Conekta sends to your bank account with the money from your sales. Instead of transferring payment by payment, funds are grouped by period and sent together in a single bank transfer.
Why it matters
The payout is the moment when processed money becomes money in your bank. Understanding how it's grouped and when it arrives lets you forecast your cash flow and reconcile your sales.
How it works
- Each confirmed payment adds to your balance after fees are deducted.
- Based on your payout schedule, the funds available at the cutoff are grouped together.
- Conekta sends the bank transfer to the registered and validated bank account.
- The payout details list all the included transactions: payments, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and adjustments.
Example
A store sells MXN $10,000 between Monday and Wednesday. At the cutoff, its available balance — sales minus fees and a MXN $500 refund — is grouped into a payout that reaches its bank the next business day, as a single deposit with its reference.
What you should do
- Register and validate your bank account — see How to register my bank account.
- Check the schedule and the next estimated payout in the Conekta Panel.
- If a deposit doesn't arrive in the expected time, see Why my payout is delayed.
