You don't need to wait for your bank's email to know when your money arrives: the Conekta Panel shows the estimated date, the accumulated amount, and the status of your next payout at all times.
Steps
En Panel Conekta: Payouts
Open the payouts section
In the Conekta Panel, go to Payouts. The main view shows your next payout up front, along with the history of previous deposits.
Check the estimated date and amount
The next payout card shows the estimated deposit date and the amount accumulated so far. The amount may keep growing with sales confirmed before the cutoff.
Check the status
The status tells you whether the payout is scheduled, in process, or sent to your bank. If it shows as sent, the SPEI transfer has already gone out and usually appears in your account the same business day.
Expected result
You'll know how much you'll receive and when, with the caveat that the final amount isn't set until the cutoff: refunds, chargebacks, or last-minute adjustments may change it.
