Every payment you process with Conekta has a detail page in the Panel. That's where all the transaction's information lives: how much was charged, when, with which method, in whose name, and what has happened to that money since. It's the first place to check before answering a buyer or opening a ticket.

Steps

En Panel Conekta: Payments → Transactions

  1. Find the payment

In the transaction list, use search or the filters by date, status, or method. If you have the transaction ID, paste it directly into the search bar — it's the fastest way.

  2. Open the detail page

Click the transaction. You'll see the amount, the date and time, the current status, the payment method, the reference, and the buyer's information (the name and email used for the charge).

  3. Review the related transactions

The same page shows the events linked to the payment: fees applied, full or partial refunds, chargebacks, and the payout in which the amount was or will be included. Each one has its own date and status.

Expected result

With the detail page open, you can answer almost any question about the transaction without leaving the Panel: confirm whether it was charged, see why its status changed, or trace where the money went.

Next step

If you can't find the transaction you're looking for, see How to search for a payment in the Conekta Panel.
