Each payout groups many transactions into a single deposit. The details show you exactly which payments it includes and which deductions were applied, so the amount that reached your bank adds up to the last peso.
Steps
En Panel Conekta: Payouts
Find the payout
In the payout history, locate the deposit by date or amount. You can filter by period if you're looking for a specific one.
Open the details
When you select it, you'll see the summary: cutoff date, send date, destination bank account, gross amount, deductions, and net amount deposited.
Review the breakdown by transaction type
The details separate the items that make up the net amount:
- Payments: the confirmed sales included in the cutoff period.
- Fees: the per-transaction cost deducted from each payment.
- Refunds: the refunds issued during the period, subtracted from the total.
- Chargebacks: the amounts deducted for disputes received or lost.
- Adjustments: corrections in your favor or against you applied at the cutoff.
Export it if you need to reconcile
You can download the details as a file to match them against your accounting or your bank statement, transaction by transaction.
Expected result
The net amount in the details must match exactly the deposit received in your bank. If it doesn't match or you expected more, start with I received a smaller payout than expected.
