Each Conekta payout reaches your bank as a single deposit that groups many movements: net payments, minus refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments for the period. Reconciling it means checking that the deposit on your bank statement matches that breakdown exactly.

Steps

  1. Find the payout in the Conekta Panel

Open the payouts section and find the one for the period you want to reconcile. Write down its sent date and total amount.

  2. Find the deposit on your bank statement

Look in your bank for a credit for the exact amount on the sent date or the next business day. The tracking key in the payout details lets you confirm it with your bank if there are several similar deposits.

  3. Download the movement details

From the payout details, export the list of included transactions: net payments, deducted refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments.

  4. Check the total

Verify that the sum of the movements in the details matches the deposit: net payment amounts, minus refunds and chargebacks for the period. If you expected the gross amount of your sales, the difference is the fees and those deductions.

Expected result

The bank deposit is explained movement by movement. If the amount doesn't match or the deposit doesn't appear, you already have the exact data — date, amount, and tracking key — to investigate.
