Each person on your team should have their own user: it's safer than sharing credentials and lets you control what each person can see and do. Only an administrator user can send invitations.
Before you start
- You need an administrator role on the account.
- Have the email address of the person you're going to invite.
- Decide what role they'll have: full administration, operations, or read-only.
Steps
En Panel Conekta: Settings → Team → Invite user
Open the team section
In the Conekta Panel, go to your account settings and find the users or team section.
Enter the email and choose the role
Type the person's email and select the role they'll have. The role defines which sections they can view and which actions they can take.
Send the invitation
The person will receive an email with a link to create their password. The invitation is valid for a limited time; if it expires, you can resend it.
Expected result
The new user appears in your team list as pending until they accept the invitation, and as active after creating their password.
Common issues
- The invitation didn't arrive
Ask the person to check their spam folder and confirm the email address is spelled correctly. You can cancel the invitation and send it again.
- I don't see the option to invite
Your user probably doesn't have an administrator role. Ask the account administrator to send the invitation or adjust your role.
