Sometimes someone on your team reports that they can't find a section of the Panel or can't complete an action. The explanation is almost always their role: this guide shows you where to check exactly what permissions each user has.

Steps

En Panel Conekta: Settings → Users

  1. Open the user list

In the Users section, you'll see each person with access to the account and their assigned role. Any user can see their own role there; the full list requires an administration role.

  2. View the user's details

Open the details to see the current role and a summary of what it allows: which sections they can view and which actions they can perform.

  3. Compare with what the person needs

If the missing action isn't part of their role — for example, issuing refunds with a read-only role — the Panel is behaving as expected and the solution is to adjust the role, not to report an error.

If someone needs additional access

Ask a person with an administration role for the change, specifying the exact action that's missing. With that information, the administrator can choose the minimum role that includes it instead of granting too much. The change takes effect immediately; the procedure is in How to change a user's role or permissions.
