The Conekta Panel generates downloadable reports with the details of everything that happens in your account. Each report answers a different question: what I charged, what was deposited to me, what I refunded, and how much I paid in fees. Knowing them saves you from putting the information together by hand.
The reports and what each one is for
- Payments: all charge operations for the period, with status, payment method, and amounts. It's the basis for reconciling your sales.
- Payouts: the deposits Conekta sent to your bank and the movements included in each one.
- Refunds: the refunds issued, linked to their original payment, with the date and amount refunded.
- Chargebacks: the disputes received, their amount, status, and resolution.
- Fees: the breakdown of fees and taxes charged by Conekta, useful for matching them against your invoices.
- Balance movements: the chronological view of everything that added to or subtracted from your balance.
Where to find them
They're all generated from the reports section of the Conekta Panel:
