Every payment received through a payment link appears in the Conekta Panel as a regular transaction, with the advantage that it stays tied to the link it came from. That way you can tell which links have been paid and which are still waiting.
Steps
En Panel Conekta: Payments → Payment Links
Open the list of links
In the Payment Links section, you'll see all your links with their status: active, paid, or deactivated.
Open the link details
The details show the transactions associated with that link: who paid, when, with which method, and the status of each payment.
View the full transaction
From the link details, you can open each individual payment to see its full information, send the receipt, or start a refund if needed.
Match payments to links
- From the link: the link details list its payments — the most direct view when you know which link you're looking for.
- From the payment: in the general list of payments, the transaction shows that it came from a payment link, and which one.
- With the description: if you named your links well, the description tells you at a glance which order each payment belongs to.
