Contact information is how Conekta communicates with your business: operational notices, security notifications, and case follow-ups. Keeping it up to date prevents an important notice from landing in an inbox nobody checks anymore. This guide covers the phone number, the operational email, and the contact people.

Before you start

  • You need a user with the administrator role; other roles can view the information but not edit it.
  • Have the new email or phone number on hand and make sure someone on your team checks it frequently.

En Panel Conekta: Settings → Business details

Steps

  1. Open your business settings

Log in to the Conekta Panel and go to Settings. There you'll see the account's current contact information.

  2. Edit the information you need to change

Update the phone number, the operational email, or the relevant contact person. You can register different contacts for operational, financial, and technical matters, so each notice reaches the right team.

  3. Confirm the change

Save your changes. If you change an email address, you may receive a confirmation message at the new address; open it to verify that the inbox works.

Expected result

Notifications and communications from Conekta will start arriving at the new contact details within a few minutes. Contact information is operational: changing it does not modify the account's legal or tax information or require a new verification.
