If you signed in on a borrowed computer or an office computer you no longer use, or you suspect someone else has your session open, you can end all of your user's active sessions from the Conekta Panel. It's a quick action and doesn't affect your data or your operations.

Steps

En Panel Conekta: Settings → Security

  1. Go to the security section of your profile

Sign in from a trusted device and open your user's security settings.

  2. Review active sessions

You'll see the open sessions with approximate device information and recent activity. Identify the ones you don't recognize or that belong to computers you no longer use.

  3. End the sessions

End sessions one by one or all at once. The affected devices will be asked to sign in again; the session you're currently working from stays active.

  4. Change your password

If the reason was suspected access — not just forgetting to sign out on a shared computer — change your password immediately after ending the sessions, so no one can get back in with the old one.

Expected result

All ended sessions are invalidated immediately: anyone who had the Conekta Panel open on those devices will be signed out and will need your current credentials to get back in.

Next step

Turn on two-step verification so that a leaked password isn't enough to get into your account.
