To manage your account — view payments, issue refunds, review payouts — you need to log in to the Conekta Panel. The normal flow takes less than a minute: email, password, and, in some cases, an additional verification.

Before you start

  • Have on hand the email your user was created with (your own or the one you were invited with).
  • Use an up-to-date browser; the Conekta Panel works best on recent versions.
  • If you share a computer with other people, avoid saving your password in the browser.

Steps

  1. Open the Conekta Panel

    Go to panel.conekta.com. Make sure the address is exactly that before entering your credentials.

  2. Enter your email and password

    Type your registered email and your password. If you forgot it, use the recovery option on the same screen instead of trying several times.

  3. Complete the verification if requested

    In certain cases — a new device, a different network, or two-step verification turned on — the Conekta Panel will ask for an additional code sent to your verification method. Enter it to continue.

Expected result

You'll see the main dashboard of the Conekta Panel with the information your role is allowed to view. The session stays active for a limited time; after a period of inactivity it closes automatically for security.
