Conekta issues an invoice (CFDI) for the fees and services it charges to your account. You can download it directly from the Conekta Panel for your accounting, without requesting it by email.
Before you start
- You need a role with permission to view the account's tax information.
- Make sure your tax details are up to date: the invoice is issued with the registered RFC and legal business name.
Steps
En Panel Conekta: Settings → Billing → Issued invoices
Open the billing section
In the Conekta Panel, go to settings and find the billing section. It lists the receipts issued to your account.
Choose the period
Invoices are issued per period (usually monthly). Select the month you need; recent periods are available in the list, and earlier ones can be viewed from the history.
Download the PDF and XML
Each invoice is available in PDF (printed representation) and XML (the CFDI valid before the SAT). You need both for your accounting; the XML is the official tax document.
Expected result
You'll have the tax receipt for the period with the breakdown of fees and VAT (IVA), ready to reconcile and deduct.
Common issues
- The invoice for the period doesn't appear
Invoices are generated at the close of the period; if the month just ended, it may take a few business days to be published. If more time has passed, make sure your tax details are complete: an outdated tax status certificate can stop it from being issued.
- The invoice was issued with incorrect details
