After you create your account, the Conekta Panel guides you through onboarding: a series of sections where you enter your business's commercial, legal, tax, and banking information. Conekta uses it to verify your identity and enable live charges; entering it carefully avoids extra rounds of review.
Before you start
Have on hand your tax status certificate (constancia de situación fiscal), your CLABE, and — if you're a legal entity — the articles of incorporation and the legal representative's power of attorney. The full list is in What do I need before opening an account.

Steps
Describe your business
Enter your trade name, line of business, and a clear description of what you sell and through which channel. This information helps the review team understand your business: be specific.
Enter your legal and tax information
Enter your name or legal business name and RFC exactly as they appear on your tax status certificate — without abbreviating or "correcting" anything. A single different character triggers an observation.
Register your bank account
Enter the CLABE of the account where you'll receive your payouts. It must be in the name of the same holder or legal business name you registered; third-party accounts are not accepted.
Upload your documents and submit
Attach the documents the Conekta Panel asks for based on your entity type, review the summary, and submit. Your account will go into review.
Expected result
Once you submit, your account is under review and the Conekta Panel shows you its progress. See How to check the status of my account review to know what to expect.
