Seeing a payment as Paid in the Conekta Panel doesn't mean that money can be deposited to your bank at that very moment. There is a processing period between payment confirmation and the deposit, and your balance is split into two figures that reflect it.

Pending balance

This is the money from already confirmed payments that is still within the processing period. During that time, payment networks and banks complete the settlement of each transaction, and Conekta verifies that there are no reversals or adjustments. That's why a payment confirmed today doesn't always make it into tomorrow's payout.

Available balance

This is the money that has finished processing and is ready to be deposited. Your next payout is calculated on this amount, after subtracting refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments for the period.

How money moves from one state to the other

  • Each payment method has its own processing time; in general, it takes 1 to 2 business days.
  • The move from pending to available is automatic: you don't need to request or approve it.
  • Weekends and non-business days don't count as processing days.

Next step

Once the money is available, the deposit depends on your schedule. Check How my payout schedule works to find out when it reaches your bank.
