Conekta is a Mexican payment platform: it makes sure your business can charge its customers by card, bank transfer, cash, and other methods, and that the money reaches your bank account. You sell; Conekta processes the payment, protects it against fraud, and deposits it to you.
Which types of businesses it works for
Conekta serves everything from businesses that charge without a website — sharing a link on WhatsApp or social media — to online stores, platforms with thousands of transactions a day, and merchants with physical points of sale. What changes from one case to another is the payment solution you choose, not the account.
What you can do from the Conekta Panel
When you create your account, you get access to the Conekta Panel, your business's operations hub. From there you can:
- Charge: create payment links, set up your checkout, or connect your store.
- View transactions: see each payment, its status, and the method used.
- Receive your money: register your bank account and track your payouts (Conekta's deposits to your bank).
- Refund and dispute: issue refunds and respond to chargebacks with evidence.
- Manage your business: invite users with different permissions, download reports, and update your information.
How it all connects
The typical flow is: your customer pays → the payment appears in the Conekta Panel with the status Paid → the amount is added to your balance → Conekta pays it out to your bank account according to your schedule. Each part of this Help Center covers one stage of that flow.
