After you register or change your bank account, Conekta validates that it exists and belongs to your account holder. Until the validation is complete, your payouts can't be deposited into the new account. Here's how to check where it stands.

Where to check the status

En Panel Conekta: Settings → Bank account

Next to the registered account you'll see its current status. You'll also receive an email notification when the validation finishes, whether it succeeded or was rejected.

What each result means

  • In validation: Conekta is verifying the CLABE and the ownership. It usually takes 1 to 2 business days; you don't need to do anything.
  • Validated (active): the account has been confirmed and your upcoming payouts will be deposited there.
  • Declined: the validation found a problem — a different account holder, an incorrect CLABE, or an inactive account. Fix the cause and register the account again.

Final check

The definitive test is your first payout to the new account: check in your online banking that the deposit arrived with the expected amount, and reconcile it against the details in the Panel.

Next step

With the account active, see How to check my next payout to find out when your next deposit will arrive.
