When something suddenly fails — payments not processing, the Conekta Panel not loading, widespread errors — the first thing to do is rule out a general incident. The status page publishes the health of each service component in real time.

Steps

  1. Open the status page

    Visit status.conekta.io. No sign-in required.

  2. Review components and incidents

You'll see the status of each component (processing, Panel, API) and active or recent incidents with their updates. Scheduled maintenance is also announced there.

  3. Tell a general incident apart from a problem with your account

If the affected component matches your symptom and there's an active incident, it's general: no ticket needed. If everything shows as operational, the problem is probably specific to your account or integration.

What to do during an incident

  • Follow the incident updates on the status page.
  • Avoid retrying operations in bulk: they may be duplicated once service is restored.
  • Keep the IDs of the affected operations so you can verify them later.
  • Let your customers know it's a temporary interruption.

When it's resolved

The incident is marked as resolved with a closing note. Check your operations from the affected period: confirm their status, look for duplicates, and retry anything that didn't complete.

The status page says everything is operational, but I'm still having problems

Then the problem is probably with your account, configuration, or integration. Gather the details (IDs, errors, times) and contact Support by following How to contact the Support team.
