Before contacting Support, it's worth searching for your question in this Help Center — many cases are resolved instantly. When you do need the team, choosing the right channel and having complete information ready speeds everything up.

Available channels

  • Chat in the Panel: the fastest option for operational questions; the team can see your account and context.
  • Email to Support: for cases that require attachments or detailed follow-up; it creates a ticket with a reference number.
  • Service status: if you suspect a general outage, check the status page first before opening a ticket.

Steps for a good ticket

  1. Describe the expected result vs. what's happening

"I expected the payment to show as Paid; it's been Pending for 3 days" is much more useful than "I have a problem with a payment".

  2. Include the identifiers

The ID of the affected operation, payout, or user; exact dates and amounts; screenshots of the error. Never share passwords or private keys.

  3. Keep everything in the same conversation

Reply on the same ticket instead of opening a new one — the accumulated context avoids repeating information and speeds up resolution.

What to expect

You'll receive a ticket number and updates as the case progresses. Some inquiries are routed to specialist teams (payments, risk, finance, integrations) — if your case changes teams, the reference number stays the same.
