Checkout is a ready-made experience, but it isn't generic: you can adjust it so the buyer feels they're still shopping with you. Here's the customization available and where each setting lives.

Brand identity

  • Logo: your logo appears at the top of the payment page.
  • Colors: the primary color is applied to buttons and accents to match your identity.
  • Business name: the trade name the buyer sees — which should ideally match the one that will appear on their statement.

Buyer experience

  • Payment methods: you choose which ones to offer for each charge from those enabled on your account; for example, you can offer only card for immediate-delivery sales.
  • Fields: you define what information to ask the buyer for — name, email, phone — so you don't ask for more than necessary.
  • Charge validity: how long the order can be paid before it expires.
  • Language and currency: the experience is shown in Spanish and Mexican pesos.

Where it's configured

Brand identity is managed from the Conekta Panel, in your account settings. Per-charge options — methods, fields, validity — are defined when each order is created, usually from your integration; those technical details live in the Developer Center.
