All of Conekta's technical documentation lives in the Developer Center. This Help Center explains how to operate from the Conekta Panel; when you need endpoints, payloads, SDKs, or webhooks, the Developer Center is the official source. It's public: you don't need an account to view it.
What you'll find in the Developer Center
- Documentation and guides: step-by-step explanations for integrating each product, from Checkout to the direct API.
- API Reference: the complete reference of endpoints, parameters, responses, and error codes.
- Recipes: ready-to-adapt code recipes that solve specific integration cases.
- DevTools: tools to explore and test the API during development.
- Test cards: card numbers to simulate approved payments, declined payments, and other scenarios in the test environment.
- Changelog: the record of changes to the API and SDKs, useful for knowing whether something changed recently.
Service Status
Platform health is published separately at status.conekta.io: active incidents, scheduled maintenance, and history by component. It's the first place to check when something suddenly fails.
