The chargeback’s statuses depict the chargeback’s current situation. A chargeback can have any of the following statuses:
Lack of Documents
The chargeback has been generated.
When uploading files of evidence to the chargeback, chargeback’s status change to Review Pending.
After 3 business days of the chargeback was created, the chargeback status changes to “In review.” This means that the document was sent to the issuing bank to evaluate the case.
This status occurs upon winning the chargeback. At this time, the amount of the chargeback had been retained and will be refunded to your available balance.
This status occurs when the chargeback is resolved in favor of the cardholder. The amount of the chargeback had been retained will be sent to the cardholder and have lost money.
