After receiving a chargeback notification, you will have 2 alternatives:
A. Dispute the chargeback
Enter the case in your administration panel and provide all necessary evidence to dispute the chargeback.
B. Accept chargeback
If you accept the chargeback, you will not be able to submit evidence. In this case, the money will be deducted from your available balance and sent directly to the issuing bank and you will have lost the chargeback.
