To validate clients we recommend downloading a report from your Conekta Admin.
Within the report you can check for suspicious patterns such as:
- One user attempting charges with multiple credit cards
- A customer with a suspicious name, email or telephone, for example: "111111111", "email@example.com", etc.
- Different users with the same email
Important: Know your customers average purchase amount and regular checkout behaviour.
For example, is it common for one customer to make multiple purchases in the same week?
